Alemar Osorio
Co-Founder and CTO
Alemar emerges from a rich background of over 20 years in the tech industry, Alemar's programmig experience is marked by his relentless pursuit of mastering full-stack technologies. Throughout his career, spanning sectors like fintech, telecom, and consultancy, Alemar has cultivated a deep expertise in technologies such as Angular, Ionic, and Microsoft .NET. His true prowess, however, lies in his commitment to crafting digital solutions that are technologically advanced, intuitive, and user-centric. Pete, our Founder and CEO, brings to the table his unmatched expertise in small business consulting and digital marketing but also a deeply personal story of triumph over adversity. Growing up in a tumultuous household, Pete faced many challenges that led him down the path of addiction and depression. However, his mid-20s marked a turning point. Hitting rock bottom became the foundation upon which he rebuilt his life with a newfound purpose. For over 15 years, Pete's commitment to recovery and passion for creating a positive legacy has been a remarkable story of trials and perseverance. Pete's entrepreneurial journey culminated in the success of his first business venture. Yet, his aspirations went beyond personal achievement; he envisioned creating technology that fosters meaningful relationships.
Alemar, the Co-Founder and CTO of Devellp, whose passion for technology sparked in the unlikely setting of Venezuela, with no internet access and only mail-order magazines to fuel his curiosity. Teaching himself to code and creating his first video game at 13, Alemar's dedication set him on a path of lifelong learning and innovation. Over 20 years, he honed his skills across the fintech, telecom, and consultancy sectors, developing a keen eye for user-centric, technologically advanced solutions. Alemar's journey from Venezuela to Costa Rica is a narrative of relentless pursuit of excellence and the transformative power of technology.
Pete and Alemar's paths crossed in 2019, on a project that quickly revealed a shared vision and complementary skills. Their mutual understanding of overcoming personal adversities and a shared commitment to impactful technology cemented their partnership.
