Terms for Evaluation Booking
Fee:
The program evaluation fee is $60 unless otherwise agreed upon. This amount covers the entire duration of the evaluation, including any preparatory work or follow-up actions necessary.
Payment Due Date:
Payment is due upon booking the evaluation. The evaluation appointment will only be confirmed once full payment is received.
Cancellation and Refund:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the evaluation appointment will receive a full refund.Cancellations or no-shows made less than 24 hours before the evaluation appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling:
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the original evaluation appointment time.Only one rescheduling is allowed per booking. Any further rescheduling requests may be subject to an additional fee.
Additional Costs:
Any costs outside the scope of the initial evaluation appointment, if applicable, will be discussed and agreed upon separately.
